1. The Visual Trap: Looking at the Keyboard
This is the number one mistake beginners make. It's tempting to glance down "just for a second" to find a difficult key, but this small action prevents your brain from building the necessary muscle memory.
The Fix:
- Force yourself to keep your eyes on the screen, even if it means slowing down significantly.
- Use the tactile bumps on the F and J keys to re-center your hands without looking.
